Your Mission
As Account Director, you’ll be the strategic lead for some of our most ambitious B2B tech clients. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll own client success, profitability, and long-term growth.
This isn’t about “managing” campaigns. It’s about translating client business objectives into bold, marketing roadmaps - and ensuring execution flows seamlessly through our AI-powered Growth Engine. You’ll partner with internal specialists to execute, but the vision, direction, and client confidence will be driven by you.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and retain client partnerships - strengthening relationships, driving loyalty, and expanding revenue opportunities.
- Design and own quarterly marketing plans - aligned to OKRs, budgets, and market opportunities.
- Lead campaign planning workshops - setting priorities, OKRs, and roadmaps for leadership review and client sign-off.
- Oversee content flow through AI-powered tools - managing briefs, approvals, and delivery pipelines within Jam 7’s Growth Engine to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
- Oversee reporting and insights - managing the delivery of campaigns and content through AI-powered tools, ensuring quality and consistency, while shaping performance insights and presenting growth recommendations directly to clients.
- Be a strategic doer - rolling up your sleeves to shape messaging, briefs, and content direction, ensuring client strategies are not just designed but delivered with impact.
- Run bi-weekly strategy calls - aligning stakeholders, surfacing opportunities, and keeping delivery on track.
- Partner with leadership on QBRs and onboarding - preparing strategic recommendations while senior leadership steers the big-picture conversations.
- Influence senior stakeholders - with authority, clarity, and commercial focus.
- Champion AI-powered insight - making Jam 7’s Growth Engine part of every client strategy.
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with experience shaping and delivering multi-channel strategies.
- Hands-on strategist and doer - comfortable building roadmaps and rolling up sleeves to direct content, campaigns, and workflows.
- Strong executional experience - able to manage content flow, campaign delivery, and reporting through AI-powered tools.
- Commercially astute - confident allocating budgets, prioritising resources, and making ROI-driven decisions.
- Strategic communicator - able to influence stakeholders, simplify complexity, and inspire action.
- Agency or in-house marketing background - you know the pace, the pressure, and the rewards of driving results in a fast-moving environment.
