Growth Agent | Chief Revenue Officer

I’m Robert, the Chief Revenue Officer at Jam 7. I’m excited to partner with B2B brands to transform the way they go-to-market in today’s ever evolving digital landscape. The emergence of Artificial Intelligence at scale will see the most significant transformation since the rise of the internet. Brands will be able to create their marketing and messaging at a level of personalisation and scale never seen before and I’m pumped to be at the forefront of this change. It is inspiring to be part of the Jam 7 team, where our human and AI Growth Agents are delivering cutting-edge solutions for businesses.

My career has spanned over twenty years operating in revenue growth roles in a range of sectors from PropTech, PeopleTech, FinTech and LegalTech to name but a few, as well as being part of the founding team of Graduway, an EdTech SaaS solution acquired by private equity. The common thread in my career has been analysing and articulating the route to go-to-market and driving growth with my own curated GTM methodology and playbook.

In today’s saturated marketplace, I believe growth strategies must be built on what I call ‘an irrational bias’ concept. This is achieved by creating modern marketing at scale for your target audience that informs, educates and entertains them so that when they are in market to purchase, you are the product they automatically turn to, to achieve their goals. If you are having to convince prospects to buy, then it means your marketing sucks! When marketing is world-class then your customers will enter the funnel not with an if we move forward attitude, but a how we move forward mentality.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with AirPods sowed into my ear listening to endless podcasts on everything from politics, to sport and productivity. I’m a total podcast junkie, which is driven by a natural desire to be curious and always be learning. Oh, and this is all in between being a busy husband and father of four teenagers. A fun fact about me is that as a kid I want to be a TV news anchor (still do) and I have watched the entire West Wing series more times than I can now remember.

Book a time and connect with me to explore your growth journey or talk about The West Wing.
